1 · Title — paste this first

Just tick it if the box is there — Tom checks what it means. It doesn't stop us wanting the block.

2 · The block

We don't write to associations or councils. Just the title and how many garages — we can look the rest up. No title? Skip it entirely.
We don't collect these any more — just skip it and carry on looking in this postcode. Nothing to add, nothing to count.

No title, so these are the only way to find the block again. Right-click the garages themselves in Google Maps → the top line of the menu is the lat/lng; click it to copy. You'll be in Google Maps anyway for the Streetview description, so grab them while you're there. Or take them from the title information page in PropertyData. You can paste the whole Google Maps link — I'll read the coordinates out of it. Don't use the coordinates of a nearby title — they point at that plot, not yours.

3 · What it looks like (goes into the letter)

Just count the pins — don't open them. Tom reads what they say.
Only if the fabric has gone. Weeds and peeling paint are a good sign, not a bad one — those are the ones we want.
